Andrea George: Custard š· Oat breakfast Shake
1 custard AppleĀ
1 cup oats
1 cup milk (of choice)
1 tb spoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essenceĀ
A dash of bitters
*sugar/ iceĀ optional*
After removing all seeds from custard apple, place all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth.Ā
