Custard, Oats & Peanut Butter Shake

1 custard Apple 

1 cup oats

1 cup milk (of choice)

1 tb spoon peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla essence 

A dash of bitters

*sugar/ ice  optional*

After removing all seeds from custard apple, place all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth. 

Serving: 1

*Double up on ingredients for more servings*
