Ingredients;
Servings -4 Persons, cooking time -15 mins
1/4 cup butter
2 1/2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 ozs lemon juice
2 Cups Cream Sauce
3 tablespoons dry sherry wine
1 1/2 to 2 pounds in the shell) large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Method
1. Clean and season shrimps
2. Saute Shrimps in skillet
3. Add paprika, sherry wine and lemon juice
4. Blend in cream Sauce
5. Bring to a boil
6. season to tast
Serve with steamed rice or your chioce of Vegetables
