Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel. Drizzle olive oil over them, then season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Place the fish fillets on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove and set aside. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the potato strips in vegetable oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Serve the grilled fish with the crispy fries, garnished with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
