Complete Breakfast Shake

Prepared By Andrea George Complete Breakfast Shake  1 cup pineapple (crushed/sliced) 1/2 cup rolled oats 2 cups milk (your choice of milk) 1 banana peeled  1 beet root peeled diced blended and strained for just the juice * optional: if you need more fiber do not strain beet juice 1 riped mango peeled and sliced into blender  Combine all ingredients into blended and blend until an almost smooth consistency  Crushed iced can also be added into blender for ready to serve. Serves: 2 persons
