INGREDIENTS
4 cups (1 1/2 lbs.) fresh seedless watermelon chunks
8 fresh strawberries (8 oz)
½ lime, juice
1 tbsp pure honey or Syrup
4 fresh mint leaves
1 cup club or lime soda
Ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all the ingredients (except the club soda and ice) in a blender Blend until smooth.
Pour into a pitcher and top with club soda and ice. Give the mixture a good stir.
Taste to determine sweetness add more honey for additional sweetness
