Mango Chow


Ingredients:

Servings - 4 Persons

4 unripe or half-ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup finely chopped chadon beni

¼ cup finely chopped cilantro

1 Scotch bonnet or other finely chopped hot pepper

2 tsp sea salt

1 lime


DIRECTIONS

1. Place mangoes in a serving bowl. Add some of each of the remaining ingredients and toss well.

2. Taste and adjust for hot, salty or sweet by adding more ingredients as you please.

3. Serve with toothpicks to accompany drinks.

3. Watch your fingers do not rub eyes.
