Cucumber Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup kale, (stemmed)
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1 cup cucumber (chopped)
1/2 inch ginger (peeled)
2 green apples
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 1/3 cups ice
1 1/2 cups water
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated in a smoothie
Enjoy!
You can also boost the protein content of this drink by substituting the water for skimmed milk or Greek yogurt
