Grilled Pork Steak with Herb & Wine

Grilled pork chops – perfect for summer grilling!

  • Yield: 4


  • 4 thick-cut, boneless pork loin chops

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, minced

  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 Oz red or white cooking wine

  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried mint leaves

  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. Add olive oil, basil, garlic, mint, lemon juice, salt and pepper to a bowl and mix well.

  2. Spread both sides of the pork chops with the mixture and let the chops set for about 20 minutes.

  3. Grill chops over direct heat for about 5-6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees.

  4. Alway cook until well done

  5. 1 oz Red or White can be added while cooking

  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
