Vegetable Salsa

Ingredients


1 tin kernel corn


2 med.cucumber


2 med red apples


2 salad tomatoes


1 med.salad onion


1sm.purple onion


1 med red bell pepper


1 med.green bell pepper


Salt to taste


Dash of white pepper


Method


1.Clean all bell peppers. and tomatoes by cutting in half,and remove seeds.


2.Partly peel the cucumber by leaving some skin on it.


3.Core the apples ,cut into cubes and set aside into a solution of 1 to 1 Apple cider vinegar.


4.Remove skins from onions,wipe with paper towel and dice.


5.Open the can of kernel corn,drain the liquid solution.


6.Then place all ingredients into a large salad bowl,mix all ingredients,

add salt and pepper to taste, adjust flavour.


7.Serve on a leaf of lettuce,chill,
