Veal Parmesan


Yield: 4 servings

2 lbs. breaded veal cutlets

1 onion, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 can tomatoes, chopped (16ozs.)

1 can tomato sauce (8ozs.)

1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

1 pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese (16 oz.)


. Allow breaded cutlets to rest before frying.

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan on medium-high heat. Once oil is ready,

Fry veal until golden. Be sure to turn for even cooking, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Remove from hot oil and onto a baking sheet

Saute onion and green pepper in olive oil in skillet. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and Italian seasoning.

Layer cutlets, sauce mixture and cheese in baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
