Pineapple, passion fruit, and papaya Breakfast Shake

1 cup milk

1/2 cup oats

1 cup of Pineapple

1 cup Papaya

1/2 Passion fruit

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Bitters


Directions:

(All fruits can be frozen....if fresh, add ice )


Combine all ingredients and blend till smooth.
