3/4 teaspoon salt

1 lemon or lime juice

2 tablespoon finely chopped shado beni

2 scotch bonnet sliced

i cucumber seeded or unseeded sliced

3 cloves garlic

i cup cold water


Instructions

Peel Pomcethey,

Add all the ingredients to the water

Marinate for at least 15 minutes

Serve chilled

(Pepper is very hot)
