Healthy Lunch Salad


Ingredients:

8 0zs Shredded Carrots

4 Ozs Corn Kernels (drained)

12 Ozs baby Spinach (wased & drained)

8 Ozs Baby Tomatoes (Halves)

4 Ozs of Low Fat cheese of Choice (optional)


Method

In large bowl add all the ingredients above

Combine with your favourite Dressing

Enjoy
