Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2Tbsp of fresh lime juice or lemon juice
1/4 cup of minced red onion or thinly sliced green onion
2 serrano chiles, seedless and minced
2 tablespoons cilantro finely chopped
A dash of grated black pepper
2 ripe tomato, seedless and chopped
Garnish with red radishes Serve with tortilla chips.
Instructions
Cut avocado, remove flesh: Cut the avocados in half. Remove seed. Score the inside of the avocado Place in a bowl.
Mash with a fork: ( The guacamole should be a little chunky.)
Add salt, lime juice, and the rest: Sprinkle with salt and lime (or lemon) juice.
Add the chopped onion, cilantro, black pepper, and chilis.
Serve immediately
Cover with plastic and chill to store:
