Ingredients

Spices blend that I use are:

1 tsp. each of the following

Maggie all-purpose

Maggie jerk dry season

Ground pimento

Paprika

Salt

Garlic powder

I also use:

2 stalks escallion

Piece of fresh thyme

Piece of ginger root

2 cloves garlic

1 small hot pepper

1 sweet pepper
