Ingredients:
2 nicely riped bananas
1 cup Pineapple
1 cup Strawberries
1 cup rolled Oats
1 cup milk (soyalmond)
1 tb spoon Vanilla Extract or essence
2 tb Spoons sugar (optional )
Method:
Blend together and enjoy.
You can garnish with either fresh frit from this recipe
