Baked Chicken

Servings 4 persons

8 pieces of chicken thighs.....washed with limes and then seasoned

2 Sauce......

1 cup ketchup

1/2 cup bar b que sauce

1 t.b spoon sugar

3 cloves of garlic minced

a dash of cooking wine

2 teaspoons Mrs Dash onion and garlic herbs

salt to taste

1/2 cup pineapple juice *optional


Combine all ingredients into a pan thenplace pieces of chicken to marinate for 10 - 15 minutes

Bake for 1 hour until golden brown

Decorate you plate to your liking . Eat up
