The detailed instructions are in the recipe card below. These are the basic steps: Cook tomatoes, onions, garlic and spices in olive oil. Remove from heat and mix in cooked shredded chicken and mozzarella. Stuff the mixture into the peppers and bake. Use a broiler-safe pan. Then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and broil just to melt the cheese.
