Fried King Fish
Ingredients: 2 lbs King Fish Filets 3 table spoons Seasoning, (consistiing, Garlic, Onion, Hot Pepper, Thyme, Chive and Celery Puree) 1 ozs of Lime Juice 1 teaspoon Seasalt (if desired) 4 ozs of flour 1/4 Teaspoon blackpepper 4 ozs cooking oil Directions Place Fish Filets in bowl with lime juice and soak in cold water for 15 minutes ( water must just cover the filets) Rinse filets with cold water, Dry filets with disposable paper towel Use clean,dry bowl add the seasoning puree and salt to taste. Mix evenly flour and blackpepper Heat cooking oil in Frying pan Coat both sides of each filet with the mflour mix Fry both sides of filet until golden brown Serve hot with favourite side dish
