Cheesy Herb Quick Bread
Presented by Tassel Hyre Daley Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 cup shredded cheddar 2 tbsp parsley 1 tbsp thyme 1 tbsp rosemary 1 cup milk ¼ cup melted butter 2 eggs Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in cheese and herbs. Whisk milk, butter, and eggs in another bowl. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing lightly. Pour into the pan and bake for 45-50 minutes. Let cool before slicing. Enjoy with butter or soup!
