Cheesy Garlic Zucchini Steaks
Presented by Chef Zouheir Ingredients: 4 medium zucchinis, sliced into thick steaks 2 tbsp olive oil 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 cup vegan cheese shreds (or regular cheese) 1/2 tsp dried oregano Salt and pepper, to taste Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish Instruction: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place zucchini steaks on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes until zucchini is tender. Sprinkle cheese on top of the zucchini steaks and return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley, and serve hot. Enjoy!
