Shrimp & Crab Stuffed Salmon Rolls with Herbed Cheese Filling

Ingredients

For the Stuffed Salmon:

2 large salmon fillets (skinless, butterflied)

6–8 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 cup cooked crab meat (lump or claw)

1/3 cup cream cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp grated parmesan

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

2 tbsp chopped chives or green onion

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: panko crumbs for crispy topping


Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, parmesan, lemon juice, zest, chives, parsley, and crab meat.

Season with salt and pepper. Stir until creamy and combined.

2. Assemble the Salmon Rolls

Lay out butterflied salmon fillets.

Spread a layer of herbed cheese mixture on each.

Place shrimp lengthwise along one side and roll up tightly.

If needed, use toothpicks to hold the roll in place.

Top with a spoonful of the remaining crab mix and a sprinkle of panko.

3. Bake

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place rolls in a greased baking dish.

Bake for 20–25 minutes or until salmon is fully cooked and golden on top.

4. Serve

Garnish with fresh herbs and a slice of lemon.
