Pork Skewers Marinds

- 2 chili pasilla, no seeds and soaked in hot water

- 2 chili guajillo, no seeds and soaked in hot water

- 2 chili wide, no seeds and soaked in hot water

- 1 cup olive oil (250 ml)

- 1 tablespoon chicken powder consomé

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- ½ kg pork loin, cut into cubes

- 2 red peppers, cut into plaid

- 2 green peppers, cut into paintings

- 1 medium onion, cut into paintings

- 6 slices of bacon, cut into paintings

- Wood chopsticks for skewer


1. Licuate all three types of chili with oil and chicken consomé, until they form a slightly thick pasta: book.

2. Splash the meat and shape the skewers with the rest of the ingredients. Marinate them in the sauce for 30 minutes.

3. Throw them on both sides until they are dorm and the meat has been cooked. Offer.
