Consomme Celestine

To a clarified consomme add the following garnitures before serving.

1. Make a batter with 3 T. flour, 1 egg, 1/2 cup milk, salt and pepper to taste and 1 T.

chopped parsley.

2. Place enough batter to thinly line the bottom of a slightly greased pan, well heated.

3. Brown pancakes on both sides and cut into strips.
